Jul /2009 ESKO Australia P/L has enjoyed the supply and installation of 21 retorts in the past 12 months with the successfully supplied fully automated systems into 3 major Australian food processors. The processing lines includes equipment from Steriflow & in 2 plants equipment from Mectra.
Now with over 110 Steriflow installations here in Australia & NZ in the past 20 years, can assure our end users that the STERIFLOW processing technology is the right choice for food products in cans, jars, pouches, semi rigid containers.
Jul 2009 STERIFLOW showed & presented their new Food Processing “SHAKA™” Technology at this years Auspack Exhibition with positive acceptance through the Market. The technology which enhances the quality, texture, flavour of various products can now be achieved against standard Static & even Rotary retorting processes.
Feb 2010 ZACMI with the newly patented Vibratory Cone Telescopic Pocket Filler (VCTPF) is now in production in one of Australias major food can processing facilities. The VCTPF achieves minimal fill weight deviations especially on very difficult products like sliced vegetables. By the middle of 2010, the 2nd filler will be in production with a can filling line speed capacity of upto 700cpm (subject to product & fill weight volume)
Sept 2010 Australian Company 1st in Australasia for SHAKA™
A medium sized Company has ordered & installed the latest STERIFLOW technology Retort with the SHAKA™ process, being the first in Australia and Asia to do so.The company which is producing a delicate semi liquid food product has tested the system and found that the SHAKA™ process provides the quality needed, this could not be achieved in an alternative retort process. The customer intends to pack the product in Pouches, but may also intend to pack into plastic cups as well sometimes in the future. The product is processed to a shelf stable food product. June 2011 MESPIC - Medium to High Speed pouch cartoning equipment into Shelf ready packaging within a comact All in One footprint is now available. Working upto speeds of 180pouches/min for packing of 6 or 8 count.
